Vartan Ghazarian’s art is a profound reflection of his rich cultural heritage and his personal journey through different worlds of expression. Artist Bio
“I’m Vartan Ghazarian, a self-taught artist and trained interior designer born from Armenian and Cypriot heritage. I operate out of my studio in Larnaca, where my creativity knows no bounds. My primary medium is oil on canvas, and I regularly take on both original pieces and custom orders. Over the years, |’ve also engaged in various collaborations and projects, using my art as a vital form of self-expression. For me, art is a way to express innermost feelings and emotions, often through the beauty of the human form. My works explore profound themes such as love, pain, death, and rebirth – universal experiences that resonate deeply. I’m particularly captivated by body art and tattoos, which people use as external representations of their inner states. This fascination has inspired me to integrate inkwork and elements of surrealism into my recent paintings, allowing me to share my reflections on society and the human condition. ”
